I spent weeks testing pancakes but they all tasted pretty much the same until I made this one. They're all natural, light and fluffy with great flavor and a hint of vanilla. Perfect with butter and maple syrup, but I also love to add blueberries or bananas and walnuts. Waffles are great for breakfast, but they're also an easy dessert with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
